Why The Possum’s Tail Is Bare

The Rabbit: He is very jealous of the possum since the Bear had pulled his beautiful tail off. He was so jealous that he devised a plan to get rid of possum’s beautiful tail. He reached out to his friend the cricket who decided that he would trick the possum and cut the hair off of his tail

The Cricket: He is very good at cutting hair. He is known by the animals as the barber.

The Possum: He is very full of himself. He struts around day after day flaunting his big beautiful tail. He is very arrogant, so he only agrees to go to the dance because they reserved the best seat for him. He prepares all day for the dance and he finally gets to go on stage and sing. After he finishes, he realizes that all of the fur on his tail is gone. He was completely embarrassed.
